Cost Overview
College Scouting focuses on informing its athletes on all occurring costs that may arise while studying in the United States and while applying for scholarships.
To this extent, we want to illustrate some expenses that may arise before and during the studies in the United States. An F1 student visa allows for a student to work up to 20 hours a week on campus. That can help to cover extra expenses throughout the year.
Please refer below for an example of the U.S. costs with and without a soccer scholarship. The costs per Universities can vary between $20’000 to $60’000 a year without a scholarship. Costs marked with a (*) can be coverd in the scholarship but are not necessary all coverd in a scholarship. This varies from University to University.
